Delivery charges

Delivery charges are outlined below. They are calculated on the weight and dimensions of the products in your basket including any packaging and will be automatically applied at checkout.

They can be viewed at any time during the checkout process once you have entered your delivery address.

United Kingdom
We offer free UK delivery on all orders of £40 and above. This excludes Indoor Covers to Northern Ireland,
Scottish Highlands & Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man and Scilly Isles which are charged at £20.
99% of orders with a value less than £40 are sent via Royal Mail 24 at a cost of £3.95. Other larger items are sent via Royal Mail 24 at a cost of £4.95 or Next Working Day Courier at £6.95.
Royal Mail and a Next Working Day Courier usually arrive the next working day but this is not guaranteed.
If you require a Saturday delivery please contact us as it can be arrange at extra cost.

Ireland, Europe and Rest of World
We will ship orders worldwide with a minimum value of £50 at the website prices.
We will subtract VAT at 20% from the website prices on these orders.

Items you would like to order and full Delivery Address – needed for customs
We will calculate the courier shipping charge and email a proforma to you. We accept payment via Paypal or Credit/Debit Card.

 

Returns/Exchange Policy

Before returning your item for refund please contact us orders@richbrook.co.uk for a return number and address. Items returned for refund/exchange cannot be processed without this number.

Returns for refund must be made within 30 days of purchase.

We aim to arrange refunds within 2-3 days of receipt of return.

Merchandise in a new and saleable condition may be returned for exchange or refund of the amount you paid for the item (excluding P&P, unless faulty) within 28 days of purchase. The cost of return carriage in the instance of exchange or refund is the customer’s responsibility.

Items must be accompanied by the original documentation.

Please ensure that all returns are handled by a Signed-For carrier. We cannot be held liable for any returned items which fail to arrive. We will not be liable for any customs or duties charges incurred when returning goods.

Any goods that are returned outside of the return period, damaged or worn or sent without the original documentation will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
