We offer free UK delivery for all orders of £40 and above. This excludes Indoor Covers to Northern Ireland,
Scottish Highlands & Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man and Scilly Isles which are charged at £15.

Before returning your item for refund please contact us firstname.lastname@example.org for a return number and address. Items returned for refund/exchange cannot be processed without this number.
Returns for refund must be made within 30 days of purchase.
Refunds will be made within 14 working day from the date of return
Merchandise in a new and saleable condition may be returned for exchange or refund of the amount you paid for the item (excluding P&P, unless faulty) within 28 days of purchase. The cost of return carriage in the instance of exchange or refund is the customer’s responsibility.
Items must be accompanied by the original documentation.
Please ensure that all returns are handled by a Signed-For carrier. We cannot be held liable for any returned items which fail to arrive. We will not be liable for any customs or duties charges incurred when returning goods.
Any goods that are returned outside of the return period, damaged or worn or sent without the original documentation will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
